Terms of Use
These terms govern your access to ShowFi and the services we provide for wallet-pass delivery, reminders, reporting, and account management.
Last updated: August 6, 2026
Service scope
ShowFi helps teams issue wallet passes, manage campaign and event flows, and review related activity. You agree to use the service lawfully and only for workflows you are authorized to run.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity performed through your account. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Billing and cancellations
Paid plans renew according to the billing cadence you select. You may cancel future renewals, and service remains available through the active billing period unless otherwise stated in your agreement. ShowFi subscriptions and charges are separate from any fees charged by HighLevel, Apple, Google, or another third party. Disconnecting or uninstalling the GoHighLevel integration does not by itself cancel a ShowFi subscription. Plans with usage billing include 10,000 generated passes per monthly usage period. By accepting automatic overage billing, you authorize ShowFi to charge the Square card on file $20 for each started block of 1,000 passes above that allowance. Usage continues to be recorded if an overage charge is pending or unsuccessful, and any unpaid balance remains due.
Acceptable use
You may not use ShowFi to send unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content, or to interfere with the service, our infrastructure, or other customers’ access to the platform.
Third-party services and GoHighLevel
Integrations depend on third-party platforms and on permissions you grant there. You authorize ShowFi to access and update only the accounts and data needed for the workflows you configure. You are responsible for obtaining required contact consent, honoring applicable messaging and privacy laws, and keeping your source records accurate. Third-party outages, policy changes, or revoked permissions may interrupt the integration.
ShowFi is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by HighLevel. GoHighLevel and HighLevel names and marks belong to their respective owner.
Ownership
You retain ownership of content and data you provide. ShowFi and its licensors retain ownership of the service, software, designs, documentation, and related intellectual property. You grant ShowFi the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, and display your content solely to provide and support the service.
Service availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShowFi disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost- profit damages arising from the service or a third-party integration. ShowFi's aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid ShowFi for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where applicable law prohibits them.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using ShowFi at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful or abusive use, security risk, or nonpayment, and will provide notice when reasonably practicable. Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, payment, warranty, and liability terms, continue to apply.
